Why Get Fit?

Put simply, a quality fitting can change your game entirely.

Starting with precise measurements from one of the most sophisticated launch monitors in the world in Trackman, and analysis by our experienced and highly trained fitters, we can find the best combination of shafts and clubheads measured precisely to each individual’s unique physical attributes and swing tendencies.

A properly fit golf club will fly straighter, go farther, and with more consistency than something bought online or off the rack at a big box retailer.

How Does It Work?

A good fitting always starts with a conversation. We listen to you so we can learn about
what you feel limits you with your current equipment.

From there, we walk you through the process of hitting shots in our Trackman Simulator
Bay and comparing the performance of your clubs to head and shaft combinations from
various manufacturers.

Your fitting will conclude with a fully detailed Trackman report along with a review and
summary of your fitting, including fully transparent pricing.

How Much Does It Cost?

Club Fitting at Prime Golf is not a sales-driven environment. Our focus is on providing
the best experience coupled with the best evaluation and/or recommendation for your
golf clubs.

The pricing of the clubs themselves is the MSRP of the manufacturer, so there is no
incentive to make a purchase, but if you do, we always make sure to include a gift from
Prime Golf as a thank you!

Custom Club Fitting Services

GAME ANALYSIS – $120 (1-Hour)

This is a great starting point for those curious about custom fitting, or anyone wanting to play better golf but unsure of the best place to start.

  • Our trained club fitting technicians analyze your equipment and your game by observing your ball flight and Trackman data during your session.
  • We listen to you and what you would like to improve in your game, and ensure we ask the right questions to best inform our answers and recommendations.
  • Your current set of clubs gets our full ‘Blueprint’ treatment and you’re provided a spec sheet filled with details about your current set of clubs.
  • We’ll finish the conversation with a thorough breakdown of our analysis and recommendations for your best path to move forward, whether that may be taking lessons with our Class ‘A’ Teaching Professional, adjusting the equipment you’re currently playing to better suit you, and/or recommendations for upgrades throughout your bag.

CLUB FITTING – $120 (1-½ Hours)

Driver and Fairway Woods | Irons and Hybrids | Irons and Wedges

Ready to upgrade? A properly fit golf club will fly straighter, go farther, and with more consistency than something bought online or off the rack at a big box retailer.

  • With Trackman launch monitors, we will compare your current clubs to the latest from leading manufacturers with head and shaft combinations selected by our trained club fitters.
  • You receive a detailed Trackman Report sent directly to your email at the end of the session. This will highlight every detail of your ball flight for both your current club(s) alongside the club assembled by your fitter.
  • You receive our recommendations from the session with fitted club recommendations in an easy-to-read summary. We will be sure to include fully transparent pricing direct from the manufacturer. No surprises.

YARDAGE GAPPING – $80 (1 Hour)

Not sure how far your clubs really go? Need some help on the course to make sure you’re pulling the right club and improving your Greens in Regulation? Come see us for a Gapping Session!

  • Spend a session in our Trackman Bay with our techs, hitting every club in your bag.
  • Receive a laminated, pocket-sized yardage card custom to you and your clubs.
  • Complimentary with every purchase of custom fit irons and wedges.

LOFT & LIE FITTING – $100 (1 Hour + Adjustment)

This is a great option for those who like their clubs but feel they may have more in the tank.

  • Your fitter will optimize the setup of your current clubs to provide optimal trajectory and dispersion. We adjust your lie and loft angles as we go to maintain consistency.
  • You’ll receive some recommendations for clubs and balls that can further optimize your ball flight to get you the best results on the course.

RE-GRIPS – Retail Cost of Grip + $6 Install (per grip)

Need some new handles on those sticks? Prime Golf features a wide variety of grips from major brands like Golf Pride, Lamkin, and WINN.

  • Size matters! We measure you up to make sure we get the best fit for you.
  • We run through the various options available with clear pricing for each.
  • Deliver reasonable estimates on both cost and time to get the job done.

RE-SHAFTING SERVICES – Starting at $30 (Shaft not Included)

Caught a bad break? Maybe you’re just in the mood for an upgrade. Either way, we can repair and replace broken shafts, or work with you to find the best fit to upgrade your old clubs with the latest shaft technology.

  • We’ll find an exact match or the closest available (if your old shaft is out of production)
  • We can source most major manufacturers, and a wide variety of tip adapters for modern Drivers and Fairway Woods.

LOFT AND LIE ADJUSTMENTS – $10 /club | $60 /set

Our Build Shop boasts a Loft & Lie machine from Mitchell Golf Equipment. We can fully measure your irons and wedges and make any necessary adjustments on-site.

  • Discuss with our experts what your needs are before making any changes. Loft and Lie are some of the measurements we take during a Game Analysis session or when you get a ‘Blueprint’.

SWING WEIGHTING – Variable $

We can use lead tape, or shaft weights to ensure your swing weights remain consistent through your set.

BLUEPRINT – $50

Curious about your equipment but not ready to dive into an analysis or gapping session? Let our technicians measure your full set of clubs so you know what you’re swinging.

  • You’ll get an emailed summary report with full measurements of every club in your bag.
  • While we’re measuring, any issues or elements that are out of line will be brought to your attention right away, and also included in your final report.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does it work?

Very simply! Trackman 4 uses a combination of radars and cameras to capture data from the golf club and ball flight. Just place your ball (any regular golf ball will do) in the designated hitting area, grip it, and rip it! There is lots of helpful information and demos available here.

How much does it cost?

Each simulator bay rents for $35 per hour, which includes one player. For each additional player, the hourly rate increases by $10, so 2 players pay $45/hr, $55 for 3, etc. The maximum allowable group in each bay is 6, but we can accomodate larger groups and events. Contact us for more information on booking your group event!

Can I bring my own clubs?

Yes! We recommend bringing your own gear to get the most out of your experience. However, there will be clubs available to rent if you don’t have your own. Trackman works with any club/ball combination, so even grandpa’s old persimmons and balatas will work just fine!

What about food and beverage?

We have a small offering of snacks and drinks, and a water tower if you bring your own bottle (or buy one of ours!).

Alchohol is not permitted in Prime Golf (boo!), but feel free to order some delivery and stay a while!

Is there a dress code?
We very much hope that you wear clothing during your visit to Prime Golf. That being said, we’re not a stuffy golf club, so if you want to swing by after work you won’t need to worry about having a golf shirt in your trunk. We just won’t tolerate any offensive logos or slogans on what you do decide to wear. Also, golfing in flip-flops is really hard, so bring some comfy shoes to wear. You can bring your regular golf shoes too, but please make sure they’re clean before you arrive. Cleaning grass and dirt out of artificial turf is a complete nightmare and we will make you scrub the turf with a toothbrush if we catch you!
What if I’ve never golfed before?

Even better! Simulator golf makes for a great introduction to the beautiful game. We can make sure you get a private spot so you don’t feel ‘on display’, and you’ll never have to worry about fishing a golf ball out of a creek or digging through long grass. Even better, there won’t be anyone impatiently waiting on the tee box for you to hit that 4th putt for triple!

Can I bring my kids?

Please! We love kids, and there is even a game to play just for little ones. The putting green will be a lot of fun for them too! There are two different sizes of kids clubs to borrow, we just don't have Junior-aged (13+) rental clubs... yet.

Do I have to play a round of golf, or are there other things I can do?
Well, there’s a reason we’re not called “Prime Volleyball”, but Trackman simulators have a tremendous number of games to play! You can choose from a variety of challenging and fun golf games, like “Capture the Flag”, Closest to the Pin, and Longest Drive. There’s even one for kids!
Do I have to reserve?

You don’t have to, but it’s strongly recommended since we only have 3 units. We’ve tried to make it as easy as possible for you though! Either Contact Us or book online.
