Our Cancellation Policy
Every booking made either online or through one of our great staff will come with a $25 reservation fee. This will secure your booking for you, and the $25 will be applied towards your bill. If it turns out you can’t make it but aren’t able to provide the minimum of 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, you’re only out a few bucks and Prime Golf doesn’t get completely shafted.

Our Privacy Policy
Prime Golf strictly adheres to the policy set forth by the British Columbia Personal Information Protection Act (“PIPA”) and the Federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
By visiting our website or utilizing our services, you are deemed to have consented to our Privacy Policy and will be bound by its terms.
What We Collect
Only what we need. We require a name and method of contact for anyone who wants to secure a booking, but this information will only ever be used for the purposes of that reservation.
We will store this customer information in our database to better serve our customers and provide faster and better service for returning customers. However, this information will be deleted upon request.
Prime Golf will never ask for more personal information unless required and only with the individual’s consent.
Payment information will only be stored when requested, and upon completion of a Card on File Authorization Form.
Third-Party and Affiliates
Any information required for booking through Checkfront will be protected under their internal privacy policies.
Any information collected during the payment process will be protected under the privacy policies of Square, Inc.

The website may use “cookie” technology for such purposes as enhancing your online experience by making it easier for you to navigate through the website and making certain features work better.
